Construction Progress (June 19, 2026):

The intersection of Lone Mountain and Vistancia closed to traffic on May 26 for crews to construct the improvements.

Earthwork is nearing completion and concrete crews are working to complete remaining sidewalk. Grading crews are working on fine grading to build the subsurface of the roadway and roundabout, with paving of the base course (bottom layer) of asphalt scheduled for the week of June 22.  Landscape crews will begin their work late next week.

Electrical work has begun with installation of electric conduit, and also concrete foundations for street lighting and pedestrian crossing beacons.

Roundabout construction is on schedule and should be complete by the end of July. 

​Crews are working seven days a week, with work beginning as early as 5 a.m. weekdays, and 7 a.m. on weekends. The roundabout should be fully operational by the end of July with interim street lighting in place. Scheduled for Sept.-Oct., final installation of street lighting will take place with lane closures to accommodate that work. ​Thank you for your patience during this work.​​​​​​​​
